PB2D
PB2D specializes in Profiling Behavioral Dynamics—in other words, analyzing how an individual’s behavior is shaped by their environment, beliefs, and experiences. These behavioral dynamics are often rooted in the relationship between employee and employer, a crucial dimension to address in any assessment or training. This two-way interaction reflects our tailor-made approach — hence, the “2” in PB2D. By creating awareness and insight into this interaction, we empower both personal and organizational growth.
Typical projects include elements of assessment, coaching, and training. All programs are tailor-made and delivered in-company.
Together with international partners, PB2D delivers services worldwide, with Europe (The Netherlands) as its primary market. PB2D is a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands.
WHY assessments?
Personality assessments are scientifically grounded tools that evaluate an individual’s characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They are based on well-established psychological theories and supported by a substantial body of research demonstrating their validity, reliability, and usefulness in clinical, organizational, and personal development contexts.
For example, Big Five personality assessments are shown to be 70–80% effective in predicting key outcomes such as job performance, health, and relationship satisfaction.
WHY coaching?
Research shows that coaching significantly enhances both performance and confidence.
According to an ICF study conducted by PwC, coaching leads to a 70% improvement in work performance and an 80% increase in self-confidence. Nearly nine out of ten companies report that they have at least recouped their investment.
Coaching creates impact on multiple levels of business development. Those who engage in coaching can increase productivity, improve work–life balance, sharpen their focus on relevant goals, strengthen decision-making skills, and boost interpersonal effectiveness.
WHY training?
Research by Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation, and the Stanford Research Center shows that 80% of job success is driven by well-developed soft skills, while only 20% is attributed to technical skills and knowledge.
In today’s fast-changing economy, soft skills are more critical than ever. Roles in sales, management, and leadership especially require strong interpersonal and communication abilities to remain competitive and innovative.
An individual’s soft skills are a vital contribution to the overall success of an organization. Investing in the development or recognition of these skills delivers a significant return on investment.
